Came for late night boba and snacks with friends. This was my first time here. There's a little area where you can sample various teas while you're waiting in line which was very nice. A short line but wait time was okay. Workers were friendly. Their prices are good.
- Honey milk green tea: delicious! Could definitely taste the honey and green tea. Great flavor. I sampled the regular sweetness which was too sweet. I found 4 pumps for the large size to be perfect. The boba was perfectly chewy and sweet, there were a few inconsistent ones but overall very good.
- Mango iced tea with boba: refreshing sweet tea with nice mango flavor. Either jelly or no boba may be a better option for this one.
- Crispy tofu: skip this! It was so bland, I couldn't take it...just made me sadder as I tried to eat it. Like eating flavorless cardboard or something. It was crispy but not even salted. A little bit of seasoning would go a long way! The "sweet and sour" sauce is absolutely disgusting. It's like that yellow overly sweet sauce from Chinese take out packets or something. Please improve this!
- Popcorn chicken: crispy, juicy, everyone seemed to like it
- Dumplings: meh, skip it. Tasted like boiled frozen dumplings
Everyone in our group really enjoyed their drinks but the snacks seemed to be hit or miss. Would definitely get the honey green milk tea with boba again! -

is business that bad that they can't even cover the credit card transaction fees when accepting coupons? it doesn't even say under the disclaimers that only cash is accepted (something smells shady)...
most of the young kids they employ have 0 work ethics. of the 8 employees in the back there are only 4 people working on drinks and taking orders. others are f*ing around on their phones meanwhile getting paid.
the other location is just as bad. so glad there's a sharetea in the same plaza to offer up some competition. hopefully cha can get their acts together. -

Customer service- Main complaint is when my appetitzer comes out and kitchen staff rings the bell, it's just left sitting there unnoticed by the front workers. This happened several times and one time, I had to wait until 2 female coworkers stopped joking around/talking to each other before I could ask one of them to hand it to me. Only once was it brought promptly to me once I stood up, and I believe this was the manager. I suppose it wouldnt hurt for employees to smile or be more friendly as well as Ive worked in customer service myself.
This was years ago but I once had a worker ask me for my name once I came up- as if to make sure I wasn't stealing someone else's food. I don't think this person is an employee anymore, but as I've been a customer since 2014 and am finally writing a review, I might as well include it here so it can continue to be reinforced as I have not experienced this rude behavior since him.
Food/drink- Almond and black milk tea are my favs! Flavorful and just right. Green milk tea is good too. Their (other) milk teas taste artificial. Crispy dumplings win over the steamed dumplings which look very unappetizing. Tofu not bad. Sweet potato fries and popcorn chicken are okay. Sweet and sour sauce is great! Prices are reasonable too! -

Good selection of drinks. They offer lotta samples so you get a chance to check it out before purchasing. I had a hot almond tea and was able to add Boba. It was pretty good!
The default amount of pumps of syrup goes between 4-5, so if you want it to be less sweet, be sure to tell them. Otherwise you might consider it to be a super sweet! -

Finally tried this place out. I really liked it! We had a coupon for a buy 1 get 1 crispy chicken and boba tea combo.
We had a choice of any of the teas so we both went for the matcha latte as we are huge matcha fans. I asked if we could order the drinks with less sugar and the employee said there are normally 4 pumps of sweetener and asked how many we wanted. I ordered 1 pump for both and it turned out to be perfect for us. It was still a little sweet, which is what we prefer. The matcha flavor was very good and the boba was super fresh. We loved our drinks! The only thing my husband noted was that he would have preferred more ice because it was such a hot day but I didn't mind because less ice meant more matcha tea! But yeah, if you want it super cold ask for extra ice I guess.
The employee also asked me what level of spicy we wanted our chicken to be. I ordered mild for my husband and non spicy for me. We both really liked the chicken! It was crispy and lots of meat with each piece. Not too greasy and still very flavorful. The sweet and sour dipping sauce was also very good and went well with the savory chicken.
We will definitely return back! With or without a coupon this place was worth it!
